Here's another easy and delicious dinner idea for you! The ingredients list is very simple, but the flavors are great.
(not the best pic! but, it's really good, i promise!)
This is a recipe from Kraft. I added a side of roasted new potatoes to round things out. I would recommend that you go for pork chops on the thinner side to save you time. Mine were pretty thick, so it took forever (I had to try to keep the pasta warm while I waited). I'll also add that I didn't have high expectations for the pasta, it seemed too simple to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised!
Caesar Pork Chops with Pasta
Ingredients
1 cup penne pasta, uncooked
2 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 cup tightly packed baby spinach leaves
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on low-medium heat 5 min. or until hot. Top chops evenly with 2 Tbsp. dressing and 1/4 cup cheese; press cheese into dressing to secure. Add chops, cheese-sides down, to skillet; cook 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Carefully use a spatula to flip over. The cheese topping may easily come off. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Drain pasta; add to skillet with spinach and garlic. Cook and stir 1 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Stir in remaining dressing, cheese and tomatoes; cook and stir 1 min. or until heated through. Serve with chops.
