Hello! Welcome to Keeping Up with the Joneses. Thanks for stopping by! We're a young couple living in the East Arkansas/Memphis area otherwise known as The Delta, with a love for family, friends, faith and food.

We believe that some of the best memories are created at home around the dinner table, and when entertaining those you love. This little blog is where I share recipes, wine, our home and our life. Enjoy! -Kendall

What You'll Find:

I love to try new recipes. In fact, I rarely make the same thing twice. I'm a bona-fide cookbook collector, Pinterest addict and magazine aficionado. On the blog, you'll see what I've got cooking.

I love wine, y'all, so from time to time I feature bottles I've loved. Crafts and decorating our little house are passions of mine, so you may see some of that. Thanks for stopping by!

Menu Monday 10/11

Happy Monday!

It's time for another weekly menu:

Menu 10-11

From top left:

Chicken Tortilla Soup - I've posted this recipe before here. Mom made this while we were at my parents house this weekend and she sent us home with some extra. It is SO yummy! She added a can of tomato soup to it, and I loved that addition.

Salisbury Steak - I've never made it, but this Cooking Light recipe sounds quick and easy. Looks like this will be right up Keith's alley. He loves 'man' food.

Result: Not awesome. I have decided I'm not a salisbury steak fan.

Housin-Glazed Shrimp Skewers - These will be quick and easy for Wednesday. They also look like they would make great appetizers, so that will be my appetizer for the week! Thanks for the idea, Real Simple!

YUM!! We loved this. Fast and easy. Recipe is posted here.

Raspberry Tiramisu Bites - YUM! Don't these look cute and delicious? We are going to our potluck game night again and Ashley is hosting. She's given it an Italian theme, so these little tiramisu spin-offs should be great.

Result: Amazing!!! Posted about it here.

Should be a good week! I've also updated last week's menu with the results. I still have a few more recipes to post from last week, too!
