Hello! Welcome to Keeping Up with the Joneses. Thanks for stopping by! We're a young couple living in the East Arkansas/Memphis area otherwise known as The Delta, with a love for family, friends, faith and food.

We believe that some of the best memories are created at home around the dinner table, and when entertaining those you love. This little blog is where I share recipes, wine, our home and our life. Enjoy! -Kendall

What You'll Find:

I love to try new recipes. In fact, I rarely make the same thing twice. I'm a bona-fide cookbook collector, Pinterest addict and magazine aficionado. On the blog, you'll see what I've got cooking.

I love wine, y'all, so from time to time I feature bottles I've loved. Crafts and decorating our little house are passions of mine, so you may see some of that. Thanks for stopping by!

Wine Friday: Malbec

TGIF! I'm so ready for the weekend. With the cooler weather, I'm also ready for a big, comforting glass of red wine....

This is a delicious Malbec that I enjoyed a glass of last night after an all-day marathon business meeting. It was so nice to unwind afterwards with some of my favorite co-workers and recap the day. I found it to be quite tasty!

Tilia Malbec
Year: 2010
Origin: Argentina
Average Price: $10
About the wine: Named after the Tilia (Linden) tree commonly found throughout Argentina’s wine country, Tilia wines possess true varietal character and embody the rural Mendozean lifestyle. For years vineyard workers have used the flowers of the Tilia to make an herbal tea for enjoyment after a hard day’s work. The name Tilia is chosen in honor of this wine country tradition.
Cheers to FRIDAY!

I am definitely going to look for this wine. I love Malbec and love how reasonable they are. Gotta love that! Have a great weekend Kendall!
