Hello! Welcome to Keeping Up with the Joneses. Thanks for stopping by! We're a young couple living in the East Arkansas/Memphis area otherwise known as The Delta, with a love for family, friends, faith and food.

We believe that some of the best memories are created at home around the dinner table, and when entertaining those you love. This little blog is where I share recipes, wine, our home and our life. Enjoy! -Kendall

What You'll Find:

I love to try new recipes. In fact, I rarely make the same thing twice. I'm a bona-fide cookbook collector, Pinterest addict and magazine aficionado. On the blog, you'll see what I've got cooking.

I love wine, y'all, so from time to time I feature bottles I've loved. Crafts and decorating our little house are passions of mine, so you may see some of that. Thanks for stopping by!

Finally done

At last, I've hung my plate wall! I got out my hammer, nails, plate hangers, and kraft paper and went to work Sunday afternoon.

Before just hammering nails into the new wall, I had to map it out first. This turned out to be a good idea because I re-arranged those circles a few times until it was just right.

There it is! I'm so proud of my handiwork!

I love each plate, especially the orange bird on top :)

Now my guest room is pretty much complete! Come stay with us...

Vintage armoire stolen from my mom's house. Actually, she gave it willingly.

This is my birdcage mirror. Thank you, Hobby Lobby! One of my favorite stores...

I also heart these bird sconces. It's basically a bird themed room. I got a little carried away with the little chicks, I guess!

Anyway, the plate wall was surprisingly easy to hang. I did it all by myself :) Do you like it?
